We ship your order directly from the supplier to you. This helps us save on costs like storage and extra transport, allowing you to benefit from fair prices.

Delivery Time & COVID-19 Notice
Our products are shipped directly from the supplier. This means the average delivery time is 7 to 14 business days after your order has been processed. Most orders arrive within this time frame. Please note, during holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Information

During this phase, we process your order, conduct quality checks, and carefully package everything.

Delivery Time:
From our international shipping center to your address: 5-12 business days.

Unaccepted Packages
If your package is not accepted or picked up, we’ll gladly resend it to you free of charge. If it is refused a second time, we reserve the right to deduct €15 from the refund amount.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! If your product is defective or incorrect, we will always send a replacement package free of charge. If the issue occurs again, we’ll refund the full purchase amount. Please contact us via support@baabgift.com.

Package Lost?
No worries! If your package is lost, we’ll send a new one. If it’s lost a second time, we offer a full refund.

Returns
Not completely satisfied with your product? No problem! You can return your order within 30 days. Please check the following link for return steps and conditions: return and refund policy.

Refunds
If a package is lost, cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, or is returned for any unknown reason, we will always send a new package first before issuing a refund.
