Return policy
PLEASE NOTE: Some products cannot be returned! Please read the return policy carefully. No exceptions are made, at the time of purchase you have accepted the terms and conditions.
You may return your product within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, Baabgift cannot offer you a refund or exchange after the 30 days have passed.
In order to return, your product must be undamaged. In addition, it must be in the same condition in which you received it. The original packaging may be opened, but only if this was necessary to assess the functionality of the product.
Should the product arrive damaged, it must be reported within 7 days. If it is not reported within 7 days, we cannot send a replacement for it.
ARTICLE 8 - EXCLUSION OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- For hygiene products (this includes underwear, bras, jewelry, toothbrushes, depilatory products, straighteners, hair care products and swimwear) or liquids.
- Single-use products and accessories.
- Products used by the buyer (for reasons of hygiene and Covid 19).
- Gift vouchers
- Wigs (for reasons of hygiene and Covid 19).
- Special offers (1+1 FREE, 1+2 FREE and more).
- Purchased the same product again after a discounted purchase and would like to return the more expensive product.
- For sealed products. Once the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
- Print on demand products with a photo and/or name on them.
To receive a refund, Baabgift will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Also, they must be sent by registered mail after consulting customer service!
RETURNS
Please contact Baabgift in advance if you wish to return the product. You can do this by email to: support@baabgift.com. Baabgift can send you a return form by e-mail.
Do I have to pay the return shipping costs? Yes, all customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You are required to send your return with Track & Trace, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.

Style, Size, and Photo Changes
Once your order is placed, you agree and understand that it is a custom product that will immediately go into production and there is no window to make further changes.
Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!
Damaged/Misprinted Items
If the product arrives defective, we will reprint the item and resend it free of charge. Please contact us here with a picture of your item and order number. We will reprint your item and ship it to you within seven business days.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your product, we offer reprints at no charge. Return your items within seven days of receiving your order.
Damaged/Misprinted Items can only be replaced within 3 months from your original order date. After this 3 month period, Baabgift is not responsible for replacing any damaged or misprinted items.
Please note that whatever design, size, color, and image you upload will be printed on your item. If the incorrect size, color, or image is selected and sent out to you, Baabgift is not responsible for replacing these items.
Product Image Disclaimer
Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee every photograph in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution. Please contact us with any questions about the color, material, or size of an item before purchasing.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, we are more than happy to replace the package and ensure your order makes its way to you. If you do not want the package to be replaced, we must wait 14 days before refunding the order in the event that the package finds its way to you and is delivered. Our Customer Service Team will be sure to check in on your order periodically throughout the two weeks to track its progress and provide accurate updates.
Cancellations/Returns
If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so within 3 hours of placing your order due to our 1-day production turn around. If cancelled within the allotted time frame, you will receive a full refund. Since your personalized products are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, a $9 customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you need to cancel your order more than 3 hours after purchase, we will refund the entire cost of your item, less the $9 customization fee.

Costs of returns
The cost of the return is between €19 and €80.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect for our reasons, the consumer does not have to bear the shipping costs for this reason.
Step by step return procedure.

Step 2: Submit your order.
Send your products, along with the fully completed return form, to the address provided to you by Baabgift by email. Make sure the package contains a tracking code.
Step 3: Find out your account balance.
If the partner has received the package in good condition, Baabgift will ensure that the amount is refunded to your bank account within 30 business days of receipt.
Refunds (if applicable).
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email from Baabgift informing you that Baabgift has received your return. Baabgift will also inform you whether your refund has been accepted or rejected.
Once the refund is accepted, your return will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.
Late or missing refund (if applicable).
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account or credit card statement first. Sometimes it may take some time for the refund to appear at the end.
Cancelling an order
Canceling an order is only possible 60 minutes after placing the order. Our order processing ends after 60 minutes, after which cancellation is no longer possible.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact support@baabgift.com within 30 minutes of placing the order. I received a damaged/wrong product? How unfortunate! Should the product be defective or incorrect, we will always deliver a new package free of charge. Will it arrive defective the second time? In this case we will refund you the full purchase price. Product defects or errors after use. What an inconvenience! Unfortunately, a product defect may occur after some time. This must be a genuine error. In other words, the part is broken and no longer meets the standard specified by the manufacturer. Wear parts are not affected by manufacturing errors or defects. Parts subject to wear and tear include the following.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. After this period has passed, the return period unfortunately expires.

Delivery of defective products
We strive to process all orders correctly. Unfortunately, it may happen that something goes wrong with an order and we deliver the wrong product. We will of course solve the problem and send you the correct order free of charge.

Broken?
Refund If a package is lost, cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, or is returned for unknown reasons, we always send a new package before issuing a refund or return.
Shipping is always free of charge.
The provider bears the shipping costs for each order. All products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is no minimum order value required.
